Shipping

• Cost: free shipping within Colombia.
• Delivery time: 2 to 7 business days from dispatch.
• Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (COT). All deliveries require a signature, so we recommend using an address where someone can receive the package during those hours.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.
• Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. If there is a delay, we will let you know by email.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking number. You can follow your package at www.coordinadora.com under “Rastreo en línea” (online tracking).

Returns

• Return window: 15 days from delivery.
• Cost: free. We arrange the pickup.
• Condition: items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached, and returned with proof of purchase.
• Exclusions: items marked Final Sale / Sale / Clearance, and made-to-order or personalized pieces, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds: issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Processing times depend on Mercado Pago and your bank.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that arrive after the return window or do not meet these conditions.

How to return an item

1. Email us at contact@geraldinelustgarten.com with your order number, invoice or ID number.
2. We will schedule a pickup with Coordinadora and send you the shipping label.
3. Print the label, pack the item securely and hand it over on the scheduled date and time.
4. Within 3 business days of receiving your return, we will email you to confirm whether it has been approved. If it is not approved, we will send the item back to the address on file.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, let us know within 2 days at contact@geraldinelustgarten.com. We will repair or replace the item (subject to availability) or, if that is not possible, issue a full refund.

Right of withdrawal (Colombia)

Under Colombian law, you have 5 business days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. The item must be new and unused, with its original packaging, parts, accessories and tags. To exercise this right, email us at contact@geraldinelustgarten.com with your order or invoice number. This right does not apply to Final Sale items or to made-to-order or personalized pieces. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
